Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers of America will descend on Cocoa Beach, near Cape Canaveral, Florida for the 2010 Nebula Awards® Weekend May 14-16, 2010. The Kennedy Space Center is about 20 minutes away from Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Hotel where most of the weekend events will be located. The date is timed to coordinate with a scheduled launch of the Atlantis Shuttle, on Friday May 14 at 2:28pm

Prices through Tuesday, April 6th Full Weekend -- $150.00 ($125 for SFWA members & their guests) Full Weekend = all activities Fri-Sun., including a Sat eve banquet meal Saturday Evening Banquet Only -- $125.00 ($100 for SFWA members & their guests) Sat evening begins at 7:00 pm reception & includes a banquet meal & the after-dinner Nebula Awards Presentations Nebulas Basic -- No banquet meal $55.00 ($40 for SFWA members & their guests) Nebulas Basic - all activities Fri. - Sun. including awards ceremony, but no banquet meal Group Tables - Publishers or other groups may purchase a bundle of eight (8) Full Weekend memberships at a 10% discount. A table will be reserved in the group's name. One person should be designated as the group's liaison. The group table must be paid for in one payment -either by check or paypal. There must be at least one SFWA member at each Group Table. Table of 8 - Full Weekend - - $900 through April 6 -$1000 April 7 to Sunday May 2 - $1150 May 3 -Monday May 10 (if tables are still available)
A registration fee for children 12 and under is not necessary, however all babysitting needs must be arranged by the parents.
